What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. Adding new clients, appointments and professionals pauses until you subscribe. Subscribe and you pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime? Are there refunds?
Yes, from your settings. What you’ve paid for keeps running to the end of the period, and unused days aren’t refunded. If you signed up online in Brazil, consumer law gives you seven days to withdraw and get your money back.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Ask for a copy and we’ll put it together for you. After you cancel, the account is kept for 30 days; then your clients’ records, photos included, are deleted.
Can I add and remove professionals later?
Whenever you like. Adding one charges the rest of the period straight away. Removing one credits it back.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free, on the base and on every professional.
How do I pay? Is tax added on top?
By card, through Stripe. Your card number never reaches us. The price you see is the final price, with no tax added later.
Any setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, no contract, no minimum term.
What if I have more than one salon?
Each salon is billed on its own, with its own professionals and extras. You can look after all of them from the same login.
